Our Journey
Shutter & Shade Collective was built on a love for capturing moments that often go unseen. What began as a passion for photography has grown into a creative studio dedicated to photography, video editing, and design.
Owned by Tanya Nel, and based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal, we believe that every person, brand, and milestone has a story worth telling — and our mission is to bring those stories to life in the most authentic and beautiful way.
